We will have special rooms and areas available for exhibits and displays.  On your application please specify what kind of space you will require and we will do our best to accommodate you.  Spaces are limited.  Electricity is available by request, first come basis and limited availability.

READERS & HEALING ARTS

3-day vendor passes include general admission up to two to the event.  We will have special rooms available for readers and those in the energy and healing arts.  On your application please specify what kind of space you will require, if you have your own set up or need tables, chairs will be provided.  Lunch & drinks will be provided (no outside food/drink).  Electricity is available by request, first come basis and limited availability.

EVENT HOURS:  Friday, June 19, Opening Reception, 7-10pm (set up 5-7pm)
Saturday, June 20, 10am-5pm (set up 8-10am) | Sunday, June 21, 9am-3pm (3-5pm)

 

Vendors, Readers & Exhibitors and encouraged to be set up and present for the duration and operational hours of the event. If you have a schedule conflict and cannot, notify us on your application and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

SPEAKERS

We are currently seeking speakers and presenters on a wide-range of topics for the event.  Key-note speakers to smaller more intimate sessions are available.  Subjects include the paranormal, mystical arts, energy healing, death in history, modern death positive subjects, grief and loss, history of mourning practices, modern funeral and burial, and so much more.  The sky is the limit here!  Depending on the subject matter, smaller spaces might be available for break-out sessions or workshops on special topics.  Various media formats and AV will be available to assist with presentations also.

VENDORS

3-day vendor passes include general admission up to two to the event.  Each Vendor Space includes one 6' or 8' skirted table and 2 chairs. 

Lunch & drinks will be provided (no outside food/drink).  Electricity is available by request, first come basis and limited availability.
